Our opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as Regional VP, Strategic Sales, to lead a team of dedicated new business account executives covering the West region of the United States.  As the RVP of Strategic Sales, you have a proven track record of developing and leading high performing, enterprise sales teams selling to new customers. You possess strong working knowledge of business processes and applications and can help your team sell the vision, to CXOs at prospect organizations, of transformative automation solutions which deliver quantifiable return on investment.  You are comfortable working in partnership with global and regional systems integrators as well as hyperscalers such as AWS and Google.

Who you’ll report to:

VP, Strategic and Healthcare Sales

Location: 

West Coast – California, USA preferred

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will develop and execute strategies and plans to achieve/exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing sales talent to support our ongoing growth and to create and maintain a continuous culture of success and achievement within the team
  • A large majority of your time will be customer facing developing relationships with prospects, customers and partners to ensure the success of your team
  • Collaborating with Strategic Partners to approach targeted accounts, develop pipeline, and deliver joint solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and predictable forecast
  • Playing an active role in driving continuous improvement and training around the sales process and our automation solutions in partnership with our Enablement team
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, sales operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • BBA/BS degree or equivalent practical sales experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in Enterprise Software sales
  • 5+ years of Enterprise sales leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally in diverse, fast paced environment
  • Experience in presenting complex technology concepts to Senior Executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

You excel in these key competencies: 

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Have an excellent understanding of technology, especially around process improvement and process automation
  • Combination of earlier stage and later stage software company experience

The on target earnings (base salary + on target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $430,000 – $445,000 and outside of those locations is $420,000 – 435,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
