Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager  will cover the Northwest region (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY) with focus on leading and growing the product categories for Kwik Bond Polymers and Sika Infrastructure Products.   

  • Lead the sales efforts for Sika and KBP products in key infrastructure markets, including bridges, highways, water treatment plants, ports, piers, and more.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on bridge deck preservation, rehabilitation, and repair projects 
  • Engage in all types of project delivery models, such as design-bid-build, design build, PPP, and DBFOM.
  • Manage quotes, bid, purchase orders, submittals, and all other documents required by the contractors, engineers, or owners. 
  • Review all drawings, specifications, bid, and contract documents.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and design consultations.
  • Contribute to overall marketing and business development goals, including attending relevant conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a construction setting preferred.
  • Ability to work from a home office, with travel required 2-3 days per week on average. 
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete design and experience with State DOT structure projects preferred.   
  • Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with heavy civil designers, contractors, and DOTs.
