Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve volume and market share targets across NSW, ACT & Metro Qld
• Collaborate & execute sales and local area marketing strategies to support dealer network success.
• Manage and support dealers in meeting performance KPIs, customer retention goals, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with dealers to create effective sales lead generation and customer loyalty programs.
• Monitor dealer performance metrics and implement recovery plans for underperforming dealerships.
• Ensure wholesale targets are met through proactive vehicle distribution management.
• Act as the primary liaison between dealers and GM's Head Office to implement strategic initiatives.
• Support marketing efforts, including local media activations and dealership promotions.
About You:
• 5+ years of experience in regional vehicle sales, aftersales operations, or dealership management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage dealer performance and drive business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle distribution policies and dealership operations.
• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, or a related business field (highly desirable).
• Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and drive performance.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-first mindset.
