Summary: Sr. Director Leads the national field sales team for COAF. Responsible for hitting origination targets across Core businesses, PA, CSO and DriveOne for COAF. Leads COAF's 270-person outside sales organization. Drives auto loan application and contract volume through 20,000+ prime and sub prime finance desks of franchise and independent automotive dealers throughout the United States. Works with internal departments to define and drive strategy for the organization in support of company initiatives.
Responsibilities:• Establish direction for team, setting vision and goals. Aligning goals with the corporate plan. Drives performance metrics and results.• Selection and development of leadership team, leading/developing managers of managers.• Driving toward and achieving origination targets for organization, communicating with the team.• Planning and running Divisional Sales Meetings, working with internal partners.• Motivation of entire sales team, direct contact with customers to build senior-level relationships.• Manage up to 4 people
Basic Qualifications:• At least 2 years of experience in Managing Division or Area Sales Team• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Rep in Field• At least 2 years of experience in Leading remote work groups
Preferred Qualifications:• Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance• At least 5 years of experience in Managing Division or Area Sales Team• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Rep in Field

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $212,800 - $242,800 for Sr. Director, National Sales
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
