Description

As a Regional Partnership Executive at Riverside Insights, you will be the driving force behind expanding our educational impact in your territory. Your role will be to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with school districts, educators, and administrators, positioning Riverside as a trusted partner in solving their most critical challenges. Through in-person engagements, presentations, and virtual touchpoints, you’ll showcase the value of our classroom solutions, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each partner. By diving deep into their goals and pain points, you’ll strategically align Riverside’s offerings to empower educators and foster student success. Your passion for education and commitment to closing opportunities will directly fuel our mission, advancing learning outcomes and making a lasting difference in classrooms nationwide.

Applicants must be based in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, or Utah, to be considered for this position.

In this role you will get to:

  • Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross selling our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities, both weighted and unweighted, ensuring a steady stream of business and renewal opportunities.
  • Strategically target districts by managing a focused ICP list of districts, aligning our solutions with their most pressing needs.
  • Execute with precision by following the Riverside Sales Playbook, utilizing your expertise to strategically engage and close deals.
  • Leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to capture, track, and analyze sales activities and pipeline data, driving smarter decision-making and customer insights.
  • Lead captivating introductory meetings with clients, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the transformative power of Riverside’s solutions.
  • Follow-up on all customer interactions, ensuring that every meeting is a step toward closing the deal.
  • Coordinate impactful customer engagements through an up-to-date Territory Action Plan in HubSpot, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts across teams to maximize success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in educational / EdTech sales
  • Proven track record of success in execution of sales fundamentals including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, handling objections, negotiation and closing
  • Ability to remain highly motivated and focused on achieving sales goals
  • Experience in building strong, relational, and consultative client relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas and value propositions to diverse audiences
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently cover the sales territory and maximize customer interactions and opportunities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Remote
  • Must be based in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, or Utah
  • 50%+ travel
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
