Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be seeking a part-time position in a fast-paced business environment. The selected individual will be charged with the growth and expansion of our national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign. The selected candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
- Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key
- Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
- Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Highly productive while unsupervised
- Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
- Preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience
