About the role

The key to Hex’s success has been our ability to hire and retain an exceptional team. Our Recruiting team is small, mighty, and still building.

We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help shape, build, and scale our Revenue organization. You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for diverse set of roles to close world-class talent.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on sourcing strategies for GTM talent
  • Maintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
  • Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and events.
  • Leverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for Hex.
  • Build a solid understanding of Hex’s business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messaging.
  • Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategies.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teams
  • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates) - ideally with additional experience as a sourcer
  • Ability to evaluate and screen candidates for both hard skills and company fit
  • Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies for niche roles, and identify market trends for talent we’re targeting
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
  • Expertise in leveraging Gem and Greenhouse to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
  • Experience managing multiple GTM roles at any given time

In NYC and SF this role will be Hybrid (Tuesdays and Thursdays in office), open to Remote.

The salary band for this role is: $110,000 - $145,000. 
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
