About this role

Scribe is growing… fast. We’re seeking an exceptional Recruiter to help build a world-class Go-To-Market organization. This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior leadership on delivering high-impact recruiting strategies, processes, and results. 

This role is for someone who holds a high bar for talent, is passionate about building a people-first culture, and has a strong perspective on what recruiting excellence looks like.

Your Role:

  • Partner with Go-To-Market and G&A leadership to deeply understand the role that each hire plays in the organization 
  • Full cycle recruitment on of searches across all levels within the GTM and G&A organizations, including recruitment on job profiles or processes that could be net-new to Scribe 
  • Iterate on multi-channel sourcing strategies, market mappings, and competitive talent analysis 
  • Monitor pipeline data and communicate pipeline insights to hiring teams, proactively identifying any roadblocks and opportunities for process improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency 
  • Develop an extensive understanding of Scribe, and passionately and authentically pitch Scribe, our culture, our mission and our business

Required skills and experience

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM (sales, customer success, marketing)
  • Minimum of 2 years of in-house experience at a fast-growing, Series C or later-stage SaaS startup
  • Success in developing top of funnel strategies and sourcing passive technical talent
  • Proven skills in interviewing, assessing, and closing talent across all levels 
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools, and how to leverage them in optimizing the recruiting process
  • Excitement to jump into a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities 
  • Informed and proven point of view on what “bar raising” talent looks like across GTM roles and how to attract and close this tier of candidate

Compensation

$115,000 - $140,000 USD 

Range for San Francisco, New York City and Seattle areas.
