As a Quality Technician at Carbon Robotics you'll be at the heart of the team bringing the latest technology to market. We’re revolutionizing the way that farms can best utilize their farm equipment and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor. You will be one of the first US-based employees in one of the most exciting technology projects operating farm tractors remotely. You’ll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.
What you’ll do:
- Remotely drive tractors performing various field tasks via a remote driving station from our Seattle office
- Test new features and provide detailed feedback to the engineering team
- Support the engineering teams throughout the product development process
- Provide positive customer experiences through fleet and administrative tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:
- Professional Driving Experience with emphasis on machinery or tractor operations
- Work onsite at our Seattle office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Testing or Quality Assurance experience with troubleshooting & problem solving mindset
- Interested in autonomous driving and mobility
- Familiarity with agricultural practices and implements
- Flexibility to work varied shifts depending on customer needs
- US CDL nice to have
Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted. The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.
