The Project Manager serves as the central coordinator for customer implementation and professional service projects—owning project scope, templates, and processes to drive consistent, on‑time delivery. You’ll partner closely with other teams to ensure a signed Statement of Work is in place before kickoff, facilitate clear communication through scheduled reviews and retrospectives, and track project progress to resolution. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce standards and accountability across cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver seamless, high‑quality customer implementations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the standardized Project Management templates, processes, and documentation
  • Ensure a signed Statement of Work is in place before scheduling any project meetings
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document weekly project status meetings and end‑of‑month reviews — capturing action items, decisions, and clarifying questions
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs and scope alignment between Sales → Implementation → Support teams
  • Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, and budget; proactively identify, track, and escalate risks or issues
  • Manage development issue lifecycle by verifying tickets from Implementation Specialists, assigning to Development, and driving resolution
  • Prepare daily project briefs (“EOD prep”) for the following business day, confirming SOW deliverables and homework with specialists
  • Maintain and own the Go‑Live checklist to ensure all prerequisites are met for customer launch
  • Facilitate internal project retrospectives with the Implementation Manager to capture lessons learned and process improvements
  • Communicate scope changes, timeline adjustments, and capacity impacts to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Reschedule meetings as needed to keep projects on track and enforce accountability for attendance and deliverables
  • Drive continuous process optimization by suggesting enhancements to company‑defined project standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications.
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized and detailed person.
  • Understanding technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions.
  • History in the Print/Mail industry.
