We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects across various departments, including product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success. This requires truly understanding the business, the project needs and all the moving parts necessary to execute the project timely and effectively.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, cost, deliverables, risk assessments, and resource allocation.

  • Track and report project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Hold all stakeholders accountable for progress and completion of assigned milestones.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated to project deliverables

  • Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to gather updates, address roadblocks, and maintain momentum.

     Project Tracking and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and performance metrics.

  • Use project management tools to provide transparent tracking of timelines, budgets, and deliverables for stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistent reporting on project health through dashboards, regular updates, and post-project evaluations.

Budget Planning

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including external fees, technology, people resources, and other project costs. 

  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities during the project planning phase without compromising project quality or compliance requirements.

Process Improvement and Risk Management

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and methodologies for project management.

  • Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

  • Monitor post-project outcomes and gather feedback to inform future initiatives.

  • Develop project management standardization to ensure repeatable best practices across all organizational projects.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables.

  • Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.

     

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

     

Recommended Qualifications and Certifications:

  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Prince2, etc.

  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions
