We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering PMO to support our Data Operations teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple teams and their workflows to continuously deliver on internal requests focused on data pipeline and warehouse reliability, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced environment ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, and seamless communication across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own, track, and manage your teams’ incoming work and SLAs to ensure on-time delivery
  • Drive execution of cross-functional operational data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of goals and outcomes
  • Identify, track, and remove blockers and dependencies
  • Document processes for internal and cross-team consumption
  • Facilitate agile events, including but not limited to: stand ups, parking lots, backlog refinements, and/or retrospectives
  • Support incident response coordination, including triage and communication
  • Track, analyze, and storytell metrics, at the team-level, to help deliver consistent velocity value
  • Support internal and external maintenance windows, system updates, and platform migrations
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to align team capacity with strategic and tactical goals
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with a background in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or a client-facing SaaS platform
  • Experience managing projects within Data Operations, including coordinating work across data platform, analytics engineering, and database administration teams is a plus
  • An understanding of data flows and the basic purpose of technologies such as APIs, SQL, and ETL pipelines
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting datasets, generating insights, and creating data-driven reports using SQL and BI tools.
  • A proven understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
  • Advanced understanding of capacity planning, resource allocation, risk management
  • The ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a large number of teams on a daily basis
  • Self-sufficient and technically savvy. You are able to operate independently, navigate technical discussions, and communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can inform, educate, influence, and persuade at various levels of the organization, both in written and verbal form
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to obsess over every single part of a process at scale, especially when working across complex or scaled processes
  • Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk) is required
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
