Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our Bus Ops Production Business Integration team in Everett, Washington.

Our Production Business Integration team is seeking a motivated career-driven professional to lead project to transform BCA's Production Master Scheduling process and tools.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains the Production Master Scheduling project initiatives, plan and schedule complex projects, programs, and change driven activities
  • Initiates and implements process improvements (e.g. value stream mapping, employee engagement, MPS techniques, flow reduction, etc.) Integrating cost and risk assessments at the BCA business unit level.
  • Contributes to the development of new master scheduling application, all interface solutions and data requirements. Represents business process and application at the BCA business unit level
  • Provides analysis and product development initiatives determine scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.  Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and business case refinement.
  • Develops strategic presentations that portray Master Production Scheduling philosophies, techniques and practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as a Master Production Scheduling process
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or application solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4): 

 Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range experienced: $93,500- $126,500

Summary pay range senior: $115,600-$156,400
