Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement subscription metrics, design reports, and deliver technical requirements for enterprise-wide reporting platforms. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on time. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work collaboratively in defining subscription metrics and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. 
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and design solutions that meet their requirements. 
  • Manage technical requirements for reporting cross-functionally, including data mapping, data quality, data governance, and documentation. 
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase efficiency. 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, focus on finance systems or reporting a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS reporting principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across the enterprise simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling a plus. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The annual base pay for this position is: $119,293.00 - $178,939.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
