 We are looking for a Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct technical activities to accomplish strategic goals. 
  • Present proposals, reports, and findings to Enterprise and Education customers, demonstrating the value of Surface devices and PCs. 
  • Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees' work within the Inbound Sales team, ensuring staff development and competence maintenance. 
  • Analyze technology trends, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and alignment with strategic priorities. 
  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to define project specifications and procedures. 
  • Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Drive Go-to-Market strategy for AI-based solutions in Federal, FinTech, and/or Health industries, leading strategy planning and execution efforts. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency. 
  • Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. 
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI. 
       

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; finance degree preferred. 
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, business administration, or related field. 
       

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
