About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Partner Incentives, as CrowdStrike's Program Manager, Partner Incentives you'll be part of a strategic team focused on building partner incentives that ensures the mutual success of CrowdStrike and our diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing partner incentive programs including SPIFFs and Rebates aimed at driving growth and maximizing the performance of our global partner ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across multiple teams to deliver innovative and effective incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner incentives, program development, and a deep understanding of channel dynamics.
What You'll Do:

  • Take charge of current incentives, supercharging their impact and delivering maximum value to our partners.
  • Design and implement partner incentive programs that align with the company's strategic goals and drive desired partner behaviors.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine incentive programs to ensure they are competitive, impactful, and aligned with market trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incentive programs, from concept through launch, execution, and measurement.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partner incentive programs.
  • Analyze program performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance to stakeholders.
  • Continuously advocate for Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between CrowdStrike and Partner stakeholders, providing regularupdates and gathering feedback to improve incentive program effectiveness.


What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of partner/channel program management/incentive experience in a global technology organization or related field.
  • Have a deep understanding of incentive program design and best practices with a proven track record of creating and managing partner incentive programs that drive results.
  • A deep understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models including
  • Resale, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco),
  • Distribution, Technical Ecosystems, and Managed Service Providers
  • (MSP/MSSP).
  • Sharp analytical skills with a love for data and making decisions based on it.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects and commitments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're someone who can connect with people and share your passion for incentives.
  • Embraces a growth mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and bonus if you are familiar with 360insights.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
