The Product Owner will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Court management software. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring development aligns with user needs.
The role involves working with end-users, creating design documentation, and continuously improving the product. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with Agile methodologies are essential.
Job Description:

Communicate to Development the product vision, strategy, and future roadmap.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.

Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Development team leads.

Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure the product continues to meet quality standards and user expectations.

Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog in Jira, ensuring that it is well-organized and up-to-date.

Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.

Document release notes for implemented functionality at the end of each release.

Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint/release goals.

Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager experience (or a combination of the previously listed roles)

Experience with designing and delivering product requirement specifications a must.

Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to manage client-based projects in tight timelines.
Preferences:

Product Owner certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Understanding of API Development is beneficial
-
Familiarity with integration tools and platforms
