We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe solutions to drive digital transformation. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing technology, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and Adobe consultants to drive solution design and implementation
  • Define and document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe solutions, ensuring seamless integration across AEM, AEP CDP, CJA, Workfront, Analytics, and Target
  • Support change management efforts, user adoption, and training to maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry standards for data security and privacy
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions with agile development teams 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Experience defining and managing digital marketing and content strategies within enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business and technical teams
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in a digital marketing or enterprise setting
  • 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or digital marketing technology roles
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level MarTech implementations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with AI-driven optimization
  • Understanding RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Adobe I/O integrations
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and data governance best practices
  • Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (Adobe Analytics, AEP, AEM, Workfront) preferred

The target range of base compensation for this role is $110,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
