Overview

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Operations Lead to own the operational aspects of our stablecoin business and custody wallet solutions. This cross-functional role involves designing end-to-end workflows for liquidity management, exchange relationships, fiat-to-crypto flows, and secure custody operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across product, compliance, and treasury functions, implementing automation where possible while maintaining a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate brings deep cryptocurrency experience and can anticipate operational challenges before they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows for cryptocurrency purchases, sales, and transfers.

  • Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence.

  • Maintain relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges, managing integration requirements and ongoing operations.

  • Oversee fiat movement processes connected with purchasing and selling activities.

  • Develop and optimize flows for stable-to-stable conversions and other cryptocurrency operations.

  • Evaluate blockchain and chain support requirements, ensuring proper execution and utility creation.

  • Anticipate operational challenges based on industry experience and implement proactive solutions.

  • Document detailed operational procedures and train team members on processes and best practices.

  • Monitor operational metrics and KPIs, continuously improving processes to enhance performance.

  • Design and implement secure operational workflows for custody wallets, including creation, key management, and access controls. 

  • Establish operational standards for different asset types within custody solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency operations, preferably with stablecoin products.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing operational workflows in fintech or cryptocurrency.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency exchanges, and banking rails.

  • Experience working across product, compliance, and treasury functions in regulated financial environments.

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience implementing automation and operational tooling.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented mindset balanced with strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Experience building and leading operations teams preferred.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency operations.

  • Background in launching new cryptocurrency products or services.
