About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at cross-sell, upsell, and funnel optimization to improve Zillow Home Loans adoption among Premier Agent customers. You'll craft compelling positioning, targeted messaging, and customer-centric value propositions, using qualitative and quantitative insights to optimally drive both top-of-funnel awareness and in-funnel conversion.

This role requires a critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, navigating complexity and proactively identifying strategic opportunities. It also encompasses competitive intelligence, market monitoring, integrated transaction strategy, and strategic collaboration with other LOBs to improve overall growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate closely with product, business strategy, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to define and implement GTM strategies. As an advocate for your products, you'll educate internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and optimal market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives for cross-sell opportunities between Zillow lines of businesses, focusing on both top-of-funnel awareness and in-funnel optimization.
  • Develop insightful, data-driven positioning, messaging, and customer value propositions.
  • Conduct and use competitive intelligence to anticipate market shifts, guide strategic decisions, and maintain differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for integrated transactions, promoting seamless integration between real estate agents and loan officers.
  • Collaborate with additional collaborators (from Insurance, Spruce, etc.) to drive upsell strategies, coordinating timing, targeting, and marketing channels.
  • Build and oversee the execution of marketing assets (videos, ads, webpages, etc.) and integrated campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Support strategic business briefs, empowering cross-functional teams to achieve defined business objectives and company goals.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $117,400.00 - $187,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Your expertise in product marketing, positioning, customer insights, and integrated campaigns enables you to find opportunities, drive strategic alignment, and implement with precision. You're adept at navigating cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and making strategic decisions backed by robust market analysis.

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related discipline, preferably within tech or financial services.
  • Proven ability to leverage customer insights for strategic marketing and product roadmap influence.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with strong initiative and execution skills.
  • Shown experience in competitive intelligence and market trend analysis.
  • Strong collaborator who excels at leading through influence across various teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating strategies and insights to varied audiences.
  • Agile and adaptable, capable of testing, learning, and refining strategies to optimize performance in a rapidly evolving market.
