As a Product Marketing Manager for T-Life you will collaborate with product and marketing partners to drive product marketing strategy for T-Life. You have a deep understanding of the consumer product attitude, market position, and the digital & app ecosystem. This position defines marketing requirements, product positioning, messaging, and content strategy to drive T-Life downloads, ongoing engagement across multiple domains, and results against enterprise objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a growth mindset with a desire to build from scratch. You won't settle until we have crisp content and a simple to understand experience that clearly demonstrates value to our customers. You will have the knack for partnering with cross-functional teams, be technically-oriented, and have strong writing and presentation skills. The customers voice is your north star. The role requires a person who understands Product lifecycle with preferred background in digital app journeys.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, technical briefs, and customer-facing presentations that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
  • Enable sales, sales engineers, partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks, competitive positioning, FAQs
  • Deliver webinars and training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Author original product content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers, videos, blog posts
  • Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
  • Foster analyst relationships to ensure broad and positive coverage of the business
  • Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of a product
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Serve as market-facing SME/thought leader for the product and interface with industry analysts as company representative
  • Develop customer references, testimonials and work with content team to create full case studies for external and internal use.
  • Drive product retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Go-to-market Strategy Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales (Required)
  • Unified Communications A strong technical foundation, including experience working with Unified Communications products (Required)
  • Customer Engagement Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required)
  • Communication Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills (Required)

Base Pay Range: $93,700 - $169,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
