As Product Marketing Manager, Market Insights, you will play a critical role in maintaining, evolving, and optimizing our competitive intelligence and win/loss programs to support strategic decision-making across the company. You will work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights that impact marketing, sales, product development, and executive decision-making. This is an individual contributor role that requires a mix of research acumen, strategic thinking, and business communication skills. This position is full-time and remote.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain, evolve, and scale the existing competitive intelligence program, ensuring ongoing monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts.
  • Maintain and enhance the win/loss program, ensuring insights from lost and won deals are systematically captured, analyzed, and translated into strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize and analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform business strategy and product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies and compelling messaging.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including win/loss interviews, surveys, competitor tracking, and analysis of third-party market research reports.
  • Create and maintain a repository of competitive intelligence resources, including battle cards, competitor deep dives, win/loss reports, and market landscape assessments.
  • Partner with sales enablement and GTM teams to drive adoption of competitive insights and ensure teams are equipped with the latest intelligence.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and commercial teams in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Identify and recommend strategic opportunities based on data-driven insights.

What success looks like in this role: 

  • Market insights are consistently delivered, adopted, and leveraged by marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • The win/loss program produces actionable insights that inform sales enablement strategies, positioning, and product strategy.
  • Measurable improvements in win rates, competitive positioning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Proactive identification of market opportunities and risks, influencing company strategy.

What we expect from you: 

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy roles, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience maintaining and evolving competitive intelligence and win/loss programs.
  • Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling executive presentations and reports.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, competitive intel platforms (e.g. Klue and Gong), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

The target base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $132,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
