About Logixboard:

Logixboard is a white-labeled customer experience software that is transforming how the $2 trillion freight forwarding industry operates. In a highly competitive and technologically antiquated industry undergoing rapid digitalization, we are providing freight forwarders with the only white-labeled and integrated customer experience software available to the market today. Our software enables freight forwarders to deliver world-class digital experience to their customers, which propels them far ahead of their competition and dramatically increases customer retention and sales. Our customers absolutely love our platform, and we're experiencing tremendous growth both in new customers and in funding, with over $50 million in capital raised to date.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help evolve our customer experience platform. In this role you’ll think deeply about how to take large sets of logistics data and create intuitive and enjoyable experiences for logistic service providers and their clients. This role requires an eye for design best practices, deep customer empathy, and a desire for great user experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with peers across the company to come up with creative, user-friendly solutions to logistics needs. You’ll gain an understanding of the logistic management systems and use learnings to find opportunities to turn data into an enriched customer experience. You’ll conduct research, interview customers, partner with design and engineering to develop viable solutions, and collaborate with marketing and customer enablement to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features. You’ll go deep into customer pain points, make data-driven decisions, and ship products that customers love and that drive real business impact for Logixboard and its customers.

About You:

At Logixboard we move fast, think big, and value people who take ownership. If you love solving complex problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real impact, this is the place for you. You:

  • Have a passion for delivering customer-first products that create measurable business value.
  • Have a strong UX sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Can turn ambiguous customer problems into clear product decisions.
  • Are organized, communicative, and collaborative, ensuring cross-functional teams are informed of timelines, risks, and functionality.
  • Can transition from a technical conversation to go-to-market planning with ease, driving understanding at any level.
  • Have a bias for action and like to fail fast, releasing early and often to learn as you go.

You Will:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive feature development.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact product enhancements loved by customers.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, iterating on features to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform.
  • Participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Figma or similar.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.

The salary range for this role is $125,600 - $155,000, plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on 1) relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, as demonstrated through the interview process, 2) by considering parity with current LXB team members, and 3) current market data

Benefits:

  • We are a remote first company, meaning, you can work from home, from the mountains, from the beach, or wherever you feel like getting work done.
  • Logixboard covers 100% of premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision for you, with 75% of premiums covered for your loved ones. We’ll also offer paid life insurance and Long Term Disability.
  • 12 weeks parental paid time plus a $2,500 parental bonus to support you and your family.
  • Our 401(k) plan makes it easy to save for retirement and you can contribute your tax free dollars from day 1.
  • In addition to statutory and Federal holidays, we offer our teammates Flexible Time Off (average is 4-5 weeks) that can also be used to observe holidays that are important to you.
  • A yearly Learning and Development budget of $500 to find your own way to continue your professional development.
  • To get your office set up, you will receive the basics (laptop, monitor, keyboard and a mouse), plus a one time WFH budget of $1,000 for you to get the other things you need in order to do your best work.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
