Role Title: Product Manager

Location: San Francisco - California

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments API team and help shape the future of digital payments. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to build and enhance payment products that drive customer success.
This role is of entry level, 1-3 years of experience is preferred for this role. 
To be considered for this role, you need to be able to go into the San Francisco office at least once a week.


Key Responsibilities:

· Define Product Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather business needs, translate them into clear user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.

· Agile Development: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

· Collaborate with Cross Functional teams: Partner with UX designers, developers, compliance, and customer support to build scalable payment solutions.

· Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps that align with company objectives.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve user experience.


Key Skills and Competencies:

· Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internships or relevant experience count).

· Basic technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (APIs, databases, or software development lifecycle knowledge is a plus).

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.

· Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working in an Agile environment.

· Understanding of payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries is a plus.

· Experience in Technical Writing or UX is a plus
