VETRO’s “radically simple” fiber management system is revolutionizing how companies design, build, manage, monitor, and optimize their fiber optic networks. We are dedicated to driving efficiency, reliability, and scalability for ISPs, Engineering firms, and other customers through cutting-edge technology and intuitive user experiences. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with executive and technical leadership to help define the strategy for our flagship product. You will also collaborate closely with our outstanding engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions that will help drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Set Priorities: Prioritize features that deliver maximum value and generate growth.
- End-to-End Ownership: Define and communicate the value that customers need, and work closely with engineering leadership and teams to deliver that value in intuitive, “radically simple” ways.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Support marketing and sales teams by contributing to launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics and monitor product performance and adoption to assess our success and identify learning opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Stay close to our customers, collect insights from their comments/behavior, and cultivate productive dialogue with them to keep directly informed of their needs, plans, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- Direct experience in telecommunications network design, construction, or operations; FiberOptic network experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a leader in a software context, preferably in telecommunications or network management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different parts of an organization.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Location: Portland, ME or remote.
