Who we are looking for We are looking for a Product Manager - Technical with a visionary approach to lead our product development in the electric vehicle space. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will focus on defining and building our digital customer experience. Working closely in partnership with the engineering, design, finance, commercial, and marketing teams, you will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap.  • Own the development of detailed product requirements documents and work with engineering and design teams to deliver on the roadmap.

• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and translate them into product features that enhance the customer experience.

• Advocate for agile and lean product development methodologies to accelerate time to market while maintaining a frugal approach to resource allocation.

 • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to iterate rapidly and learn from feedback.

What you bring to the team

• 10 years of experience in software product management or related technical role.

• 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.

• Experience managing large-scale technical products, with a track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy and building programs and features from the ground up.

• Experience with mobile app development on Android or iOS. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for innovation in the electric vehicle space.

• Experience developing and delivering highly successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for B2C solutions.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
