The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap to help with our Signals and Measurement workstreams

What you’ll do:

  • Prioritize features, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful products within Snap’s advertising ecosystem.

  • Lead product areas to drive down-funnel performance for our advertisers.

  • Build trust and credibility through deep domain expertise, sound decision-making, and delivering high-quality outcomes that align with Snap’s broader revenue goals.

  • Partner with teams focused on platform and horizontal capabilities, including Ads Quality (Ranking, Targeting, Marketplace, and Ad Formats & Creatives), Signals and Measurement, and Ads Manager to drive efficient execution.

  • Be highly analytical and use data to make decisions

  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of technical and privacy implications of complex ad tech integrations

  • Deep understanding of ads measurement methodologies and associated technologies (e.g. lift testing, ghost ads, MMM, MTA, MMP, DCR, Clean room etc.)

  • Knowledge of the global ads measurement ecosystem as well as incrementality

  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Skilled in concise communication and influencing outcomes

  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
