We are seeking a Product Manager with prior experience in life sciences to join our team at the earliest and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare technology. 

Role Overview 

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex life sciences-focused client solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to deliver from day one. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive Product Lifecycle: As a member of the development team, lead the end-to-end lifecycle of life sciences solutions, from ideation andscoping to development and launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. 
  • Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitive opportunities. 
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Advocate for AI capabilities, translating technical concepts into actionable product features and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with cross-functional client teams (engineering, research and development, commercial, and regulatory to name a few) to deliver solutions that align with business goals. 
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features, timelines, and strategic objectives in alignment with client product teams. 
  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure compliance with life sciences industry standards, driving initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability. 
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Gather feedback to refine product offerings, enhance user experiences, and support field teams with direction and timely assistance. 
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Refine product positioning, messaging, and strategies to maximize market impact and adoption. 
Requirements

Qualifications 

  • 5-8 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in the life sciences industry. 

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and project management abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. 
  • Experience balancing agile methodologies with delivery timelines. 
  • Deep understanding of biopharma regulatory and compliance frameworks. 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a matrixed organization. 
  • Proven track record in delivering results with urgency and precision. 
  • The ideal candidate will have experience successfully building and launching new products, from concept to delivery.
