We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager II to join our Applied AI team and lead the development and deployment of innovative AI applications that drive business value. As a key project leader, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and prioritizing features to managing project timelines and ensuring successful product launches. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, driving collaboration and communication to deliver high-quality products on time. This role requires a unique blend of product management, technical project management, and communication skills – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

Qualifications and Certifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required), or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development and technical products, prior experience developing data-driven or AI products is a plus. 

  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) 

  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred) 

Skills and Attributes (Not limited to):  

  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, including their applications and limitations 

  • A deep understanding of AI development lifecycles, data science workflows, and the unique challenges associated with AI project management is highly valued 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and establish strong relationships with business stakeholders 

  • Ability to think strategically, aligning product development with business objectives and technical feasibility 

  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business outcomes 

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to inform product development and improvement, and drive business outcomes through data-informed insights. 

  • Adaptability and agility, with the ability to quickly respond to changing market conditions, customer needs, and technical advancements 

What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to):   

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and prioritize features for AI applications 

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define clear, concise product requirements that align with customer needs and business objectives. 

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables 

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming and writing technical requirements 

  • Plan and execute product launches, accountable for successful adoption and maintenance of AI applications 

  • Plan and execute product launches, with a focus on delivering high adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes, and being accountable for the success of the launch. 

  • Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders; identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed 

  • Gather and incorporate business KPIs, customer feedback, and insights to inform product development and improvement 

The expected hiring range for The Product Manager II is $110.5k–149.5k, depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this position is $104k Low/ $130k MRP / $169k High
