Your Role at impact.com:

As the Product Manager II for impact.com’s Partner Automation squad, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll craft automated solutions that empower brands to recruit, engage, and create partnerships efficiently. Your mission is to deliver high-impact features that boost productivity and strengthen partnerships, enabling customers to scale high-quality partnerships without increasing platform hours.

Speed and focus are critical to outpacing market demands and delivering value quickly. You’ll shape scalable workflows by harnessing automation and actionable insights, working with Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to transform the partner experience. This role demands a deep understanding of customer and business needs and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define a strategic product direction and execute a clear, impactful roadmap.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Partner Automation, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
  • Feature Development: Research, design, and oversee the delivery of new features and enhancements that streamline partner recruitment, engagement, and contracting processes through automation.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Growth Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute your vision, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption of automated solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer pain points and business objectives, translating insights into actionable product recommendations that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery) and KPIs to monitor feature performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future development.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Build compelling narratives to rally cross-organizational support, using storytelling and data to influence key decisions and secure buy-in.
  • Agile Execution: Manage the product backlog, author detailed requirements and user stories, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embed feedback loops and iterative testing into products to systematically enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on Partner Automation features, articulating their value proposition and strategic role in the industry.

What You Have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product management, with a demonstrated history of growing and commercializing SaaS products. Experience scaling businesses through automation is required.
  • Automation Expertise: Deep knowledge of designing and implementing automated workflows, with familiarity with automation tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, or custom solutions).
  • AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to building AI-driven features (e.g., personalized recommendations, predictive analytics) is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable analyzing large datasets using tools like MySQL, BigQuery, or Postman to extract actionable insights; proficient with spreadsheets for smaller datasets.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to think big-picture while executing with precision, prioritizing tasks effectively across multiple projects.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Strong grasp of product design principles, user experience (UX), and testing methodologies to create intuitive, impactful solutions.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to align diverse teams, set ambitious OKRs, and drive results through collaboration and persuasive communication.
  • Agile Mastery: Expertise in agile development, backlog management, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Problem-Solving: Action-oriented mindset with a knack for breaking down complex challenges into customer-first, automation-centric solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to build trust, foster long-term relationships, and present ideas across various channels.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, inventive, adaptable, and passionate about driving efficiency and scalability.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year plus additional variable annual bonus up to 5% contingent on Company performance plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
