As the Product Manager for Ads Measurement & Data Privacy, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of privacy-centric measurement solutions, enabling advertisers to understand and optimize the value of Pinterest. Your work will ensure that Pinterest advertisers can gain meaningful insights, maximizing the impact of their campaigns while safeguarding user data.
What you’ll do:
- Work with user research, data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding
- Lead a cross-functional team to define the product strategy and roadmap for ads measurement, focusing on first party methods
- Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing, research teams and other product teams to deliver customer impact
- Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful
- Make difficult trade-off decisions to ensure the team is working on the most impactful areas
What we’re looking for:
- Ads, measurement, or data privacy experience is a plus, but required
- Ads measurement experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and workflows
- Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
