As a member of the Network Management team, our Product Manager of Attribution and Reporting is responsible for creating and executing business and product plans, defining product strategy, vision, and design. They oversee all phases of new product development, from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business needs and drive growth in service to our members’ health journeys.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • The Product Manager I would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 4+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Proven record of creating successful products balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Experience managing complex products through a product development lifecycle, preferably in healthcare.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to lead teams and build effective relationships.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work.

  • Ability to prioritize features, drive data-driven decisions, and apply test-driven design principles.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including formal presentations and group planning sessions.

  • Ability to synthesize findings, prepare reports, and develop executive-level documents and recommendations.

  •  Experience with analytics, forecasting, and business case development, with a track record of delivering successful products.

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritization process, defining deliverables into discrete commitments.

  • Direct product management activities to meet business, market segmentation, and financial goals.

  • Develop product requirements and collaborate with marketing, UX, engineering, and category management teams.

  • Understand target market and primary user needs, synthesizing business requirements from multiple sources.

  • Define feature sets, business requirements, and product roadmap, focusing on measures of success.

  • Contribute to the long-term product vision and manage a product's life-cycle from planning to go-to-market planning.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy strategies for improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The expected hiring range for a Product Manager - Attribution and Reporting​ is $91,800 - $124,200 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $86,000 - $141,000. #LI-remote
