As a Product Designer at Authorium, you will be an integral member of our product team, helping shape the future of our product offerings. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to create user-centered solutions that enhance the experience of our diverse user base while contributing to our product strategy.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Work on projects across multiple areas from concept to execution in partnership with the Product and Sales teams
  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment with a highly transparent working process that is inclusive of stakeholders and collaborators
  • Design and deliver clear user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Help maintain and improve our app design quality through strong design sensibilities and attention to detail in execution
  • Build alignment around design decisions through effective collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and clear presentation skills
Requirements

What makes you qualified for this role:

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience working on product design projects in a collaborative environment
  • You have case studies that demonstrate strong design taste and craftsmanship across various design skills
  • You're motivated to create quality work that enhances our design system while building strong cross-functional partnerships
  • You bring positive energy that contributes to a collaborative design environment
  • You can effectively communicate your design process and decisions to stakeholders
  • You take initiative in identifying areas where design can make an impact and contribute to product strategy
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills that combine creativity with data-driven design decisions
  • Clear communication skills, capable of explaining design decisions and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, working with component libraries and prototyping
  • Bonus Points for any of the following: Workshop facilitation, accessibility knowledge, design systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with service design and integrating products with holistic user services
  • Interest in emerging design trends and technologies, with an ability to implement these practically
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field

Employees located within 30 miles of our hub cities—San Francisco, Sacramento, and Washington, D.C. —are required to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday. Remote work is available on other days.

Benefits
  • Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000
