The Product & Client Account Manager develops customer understanding, documents commercial requirements, manages product life cycles, and collaborates with Sales and R&D teams to support product development and commercialization activities.
- Develop deep understanding of target customers and solutions
- Define and document commercial requirements based on regular customer and partner engagement, competitive analysis, and deep understanding of technology market trends
- Collaborate closely with R&D leadership on the management of new product development programs to expand our portfolio
- Manage the full product life cycle, from concept to launch to mass production and end-of-life, ensuring the success and profitability of the portfolio
- Work daily with the Sales team and partners in support of new customer opportunities, including pricing, proposals, training, webinars, demos, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive product positioning, product launch and other commercialization activities
- May manage the workflow of others
- Other duties as assigned.
