Job Description:

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Programs and Strategy, you will play a critical role in improving alignment and execution across Remitly’s product portfolio. You will partner closely across the Product Development organization to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and scale best practices that enable the organization to execute more effectively. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize planning and resource allocation, streamline workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong operational expertise, analytical rigor, and a passion for problem-solving to improve how we build and scale our products. You will influence strategy by identifying process gaps, enabling data-driven insights, and fostering alignment across teams to accelerate execution and maximize customer impact.

You Will:

  • Promote data-driven decision-making by surfacing key insights and ensuring teams act on them.
  • Optimize product execution by streamlining operational processes across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Enhance resource efficiency through capacity planning and structured team allocation.
  • Standardize operational best practices by refining and scaling product operations playbooks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights on performance and efficiency metrics.
  • Simplify reporting with user-friendly systems and dashboards that highlight key trends.
  • Track and communicate key results for annual objectives, keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Structure and manage strategic presentations by leading content preparation and agenda planning.

You Have:

  • 5+ years in product operations, program management, or business operations, preferably in tech, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional program management to optimize product execution.
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, driving scalable solutions and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and demonstrated across teams
  • Experience driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $-$$. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
