About the Team:

The Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy team at Axonius brings together the key messaging experts across the company, including product marketing, brand, content marketing, customer marketing, and communications to build, enable, and deliver the core Axonius mission, vision, and differentiation to our customers and prospects through collaboration with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams. About the Role:

As a Principal Product Marketing Manager at Axonius, you will be responsible for leading go-to-market initiatives and positioning across our core products portfolio, showcasing Axonius as the leading solution for cyber asset attack surface management. You will become the expert in our key use cases, customer journeys, and ecosystem of competitors and partners. You’ll also work with counterparts in marketing and product to lead the go-to-market aspects of product launches, in addition to other key initiatives. This role will have high visibility across the business is a great opportunity to join a rocketship and work alongside an exceptional marketing team. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure our target audience has what they need to make informed purchasing decisions about Axonius at every step of their buying journey
  • Bring new products to market by crafting positioning, messaging, building content deliverables, and enabling our field teams 
  • Support demand generation efforts, including campaigns and regional marketing, by building programs that align with our global strategy 
  • Enable our field teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) on the Axonius pitch, key use cases, and the roadmap 
  • Improve the internal and external awareness of our product differentiators 
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual strategic planning 


About you: 

Experience:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful messaging strategies that drive field enablement, product launches, and revenue growth
  • Full ownership of product marketing deliverables for a product line and prior examples of being self-directed and driving efforts as the primary messaging and GTM lead for a strategic product

Skills:

  • Strong writing skills. Confidence in crafting product descriptions, website copy, and sales collateral
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor. More than just an effective strategist, you’re someone who can get their hands dirty and deliver
  • You’re comfortable with marketing to buyers at all levels - exec and leadership down to practitioners, and crafting the right message for the right audience
  • Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives
  • Takes personal ownership and accountability for the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of work

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have hands-on experience in IT, information security, engineering, or some other similar technical role
  • You are currently a product marketing manager or solutions marketing manager
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for cybersecurity


Please note: The listed salary range is reflective of our national average. There is flexibility in NY, WA and CA.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)

$190,000$228,000 USD
