The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and scaling of innovative, high-quality products that power Snap’s advertising platform, with measurable impact in areas such as Ads Quality, Signals and Measurement, Brand & Sponsored AR, Retail Ads (DxA/DPA), or SMB Growth.

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with Snap’s revenue goals, leveraging deep customer insights, market opportunities, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying advertiser needs and gathering requirements to designing solutions, running experiments, and driving iterative improvements that deliver advertiser ROI.

  • Act as a strategic leader, aligning cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering, to achieve critical business objectives and scale Snap’s advertising ecosystem.

  • Solve complex, high-impact challenges by making informed tradeoffs and delivering innovative solutions that address advertiser needs and support Snap’s broader revenue objectives.

  • Inspire and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and resiliency while building organizational capacity.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and executives to align on priorities, communicate progress effectively, and ensure business goals are met.

  • Champion solutions that continuously enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of Snap’s advertising platform through rigorous testing, analysis, and optimization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and inspire cross functional product management teams

  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across organizations from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, other product teams, and cross-functional teams

  • Skilled in effective mentorship to direct or indirect reports and cross functional team members

  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion

  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $251,000-$377,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $238,000-$358,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $213,000-$320,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
