About the Role
Cloudflare is looking for a Principal Partner Engagement & Experience Manager to drive meaningful interactions and amplify engagement within our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to energize our partners, enhance their experience, and ensure they have the tools, resources, and awareness needed to succeed with Cloudflare. This role requires collaboration across partner programs, marketing, and sales operations and enablement teams to drive partner loyalty, awareness, and activation
Responsibilities

  • Drive Partner Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement with Cloudflare's tools, resources, and enablement programs.
  • Create Impactful Content: Own the design, promotion, and execution of awareness materials that empower partners and contribute to their success.
  • Enhance Partner Experience: Collaborate with the partner programs team to drive partner loyalty and ensure seamless partner interactions.
  • Support Field Readiness: Work with partner marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to identify and develop partner-facing content that enhances field readiness.
  • Champion Partner Success: Serve as an advocate for partners, ensuring their feedback is heard and incorporated into engagement strategies.
  • Create and implement strategies that will energize our partner community to increase their engagement with our tools and resources.
  • Own Cross-Functional Liaison & Change Management: Act as the primary liaison for the Partner Experience team with cross functional teams such as IT and Operations, ensuring alignment across internal initiatives, advocating for partner needs, and leading change management efforts to ensure the team is fully informed, engaged, and driving key initiatives forward.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner-focused roles (marketing, communications, experience, programs, project management, or analytics).
  • Deep understanding of various partner types and their routes to revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for partners


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $257,000 - $314,000.
  • For New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $282,000 - $345,000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $310,000 - $379,000.


This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare's Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
