RSM is seeking an experienced leader to join our Consulting Leadership Team and will be to oversee the strategy development and execution of Consulting’s India (USI) acceleration efforts, as well as overseeing overall integration and collaboration within the Enterprise.  RSM Consulting has made significant progress over the past several years in building a significant team and presence within USI but is seeking a leader who desires progress to continue at an accelerated pace.  This role will be located domestically as a resident in the US and will directly interface, engage, and collaborate with our Consulting business leaders and their teams to drive execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhance and develop RSM Consulting USI strategy

  • Design, implement and maintain optimal alignment and organization of USI team with RSM US Consulting teams

  • Grow team in USI to meet demand

  • Monitor and improve client chargeability of USI team

  • Establish relationships with USI leaders

  • Collaborate with internal firm function teams

  • Active participant on Consulting Executive Leadership Team

Qualifications:

We are seeking a senior leader from a large consulting firm who has had similar responsibilities either in a business unit leadership role, or in an operational leader role. 

Required experience includes:

  • Minimum fifteen years’ experience managing / integrating offshore workforce

  • Minimum fifteen years’ experience working in a professional services firm environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience

  • Possess executive presence, presentation and excellent communication skills with extensive experience collaborating with executive-level
