  • Define and maintain architectural standards for integration with BaaS providers, card issuers/processors, KYC/AML vendors, and payment networks (Visa, Mastercard).

  • Lead technology evaluations for third-party fintech partners covering card issuance, core banking platforms, data aggregation, and personal finance management.
  • Ensure secure architecture and data design for customer onboarding, credit decisioning, account servicing, and financial transactions.
  • Champion privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance (including PCI, GLBA, CFPB, and Reg E) across consumer facing FinTech platforms.
  • Implement scalable API architectures for money movement (ACH, debit rails, instant payout), card management, account funding, and transaction data enrichment.
  • Provide architectural oversight for loyalty integrations, rewards platforms, and customer engagement engines tied to credit and banking products.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test emerging fintech capabilities such as credit scoring models, instant issuing, and account verification innovations.
  • Maintain system documentation, architecture blueprints, and technical standards to guide development and cross-team partnerships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Fin Tech trends and platform roadmaps—ensuring T-Mobile delivers differentiated and forward-looking financial products that improve customer experience.
