Job Overview
The Pricing Manager is responsible for driving and executing the strategic vision for T-Mobile’s product and service pricing portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and manage pricing initiatives across all business segments.This position involves providing post-launch analysis, conducting portfolio reviews, and evaluating the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities. You will also develop strategic responses to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, customer drivers, and corporate objectives to advise business performance optimization and pricing strategy.
  • Build comprehensive financial and quantitative models to evaluate pricing opportunities and their impact on T-Mobile’s overall portfolio value. Frame complex pricing problems, identify key variables, and present actionable insights derived from data.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage price factors that influence customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Provide post-launch analysis of pricing initiatives, conduct portfolio reviews, and monitor competitive pricing strategies to assess effectiveness and guide future pricing decisions.
  • Continuously assess market conditions and competitive threats. Develop strategic competitive responses to maintain T-Mobile’s market position.
  • Analyze large datasets and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required).

Work Experience:

  • 4+ years of related work experience, including financial modeling, corporate strategy development, and pricing strategy (Required).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with the ability to develop and manage complex pricing models (Required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid experience with database management as well as proficiency in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data (Required).
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills, including experience in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights (Required).
  • Advanced analytical skills, with demonstrated strength in synthesizing data and formulating strategic recommendations (Required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and other collaborators (Required).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing in-depth data analysis (Required).
  • Prior experience with Snowflake (Preferred).

Base Pay Range: $84,500 - $152,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
