The primary mission of a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (SE) is to provide technical expertise for the account team during the sales process. You will help accelerate growth and ensure successful positioning of Cellebrite’s end-to-end Digital Intelligence solutions to Federal agencies within the United States. The position will require frequent travel (50-70%) and will report to the Senior Manager of Federal Solutions Engineering. Success requires close collaboration with the Sales, R&D, Product Business Management, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities: Positioning yourself as a trusted technical advisor to Cellebrite’s customers by:
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding technical goals and challenges.
- Providing customers with insight into how Cellebrite’s solution portfolio can address market trends and help drive customer missions forward.
- Explaining & demonstrating the value of solutions, including technical, financial, and operational improvements for customers.
- Capturing feedback and effectively communicating it to the relevant internal resources.
- Working closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies, highlighting discovered whitespace and growth opportunities.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Supporting industry tradeshows and conferences to engage with the community and evangelize the value of Cellebrite’s latest solutions and technologies.
- Gathering requirements and delivering pilots and special projects.
- Collaborating with peers, including Solutions Engineers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, and Sales.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing complex software solutions in customer environments
- Experience working with Law Enforcement, Federal, or Military agencies preferred – especially agencies within the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Justice
- This is a Remote position and will require frequent travel (50-70%)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Four years of Solutions Engineering or Customer Success experience preferred
- Exceptional skills in public speaking and presentation
- General Information Technology background – experience with Windows/Linux environments, networking, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and storage systems
- Strong business analytical skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
