Position Overview:
CSC is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing & Operations Team. This role will be responsible for data analysis, report building, dashboard development, and delivering strategic insights that shape and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies across our channels-including paid search, website, events, social media, and more.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and adept at storytelling-translating complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making. A strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and similar platforms and data sources is required to ensure we're capturing necessary data and to extract, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
Additionally, this individual should have an interest in exploring and implementing AI into marketing analytics to improve reporting efficiency, optimize campaign performance, uncover deeper insights, and assist in competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing and sales data from platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Ads to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics across all marketing channels, clearly demonstrating KPIs like lead source, volume, and quality; marketing's influence on the sales pipeline; and ROI.
  • Ensure data integrity and identify gaps in data collection, implementing best practices for accurate and complete reporting.
  • Explore opportunities to implement AI-powered analytics and automation to enhance reporting, segmentation, campaign performance, and predictive analysis.
  • Create clear, compelling data narratives that drive strategic decision-making and present insights to channel managers, marketing managers, and leadership.
  • Monitor competitor marketing strategies, spending patterns, and channel performance to provide insights that inform our marketing strategy and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, data, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking, attribution, and alignment on reporting metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign tracking) and experience working with other marketing data sources like HubSpot, Google Ads, event attendance tracking, and other digital ad networks.
  • Interest in exploring and applying AI-driven analytics, automation, and machine learning to improve marketing insights.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence or data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment preferred.
