Job Description:

The Performance Consultant (PC) is a key member of the Performance Development team, whose mission is to use learning as a vehicle to help the Epiq Legal Solutions Sales team achieve and exceed their business goals through professional development of Sales leaders and Sales professionals across the global Legal Solutions business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Sales leaders, individual Sales contributors and subject matter experts across the business to understand Sales’ needs and ensure the effective delivery of learning programs
  • Analyze Training Needs: Conduct thorough needs analyses that align with business objectives to identify gaps in skills and capabilities
  • Content Development and Learning Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, Performance Development team members, and others from around the business to create and update learning materials such as courses, reference materials, client persona insights, etc. that ensure the success of the global Legal Solutions training initiatives
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, coordinate with Sales leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, other Performance Development team members and Marketing partner and other resources, manage tasks, address risks, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and achieve the specific goals of the project within a given timeframe
  • Deliver Training: Facilitate live training sessions to enhance sales skills, and coach and prepare subject matter experts and Sales professionals to lead training sessions
  • Manage and lead the Sales New Hire Onboarding Program
  • Evaluate Programs: Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs through participant feedback, productivity/quality performance data, and business impact metrics

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant training and development experience, sales experience, or a combination of both
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
  • Demonstrable success in Sales and/or Learning and Development, preferably both
  • Understanding of the sales process on a global scale
  • Strong passion for learning and development, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and an enthusiasm for fostering the growth of others
  • Willingness to work with the Learning Experience Design Manager and embrace new technologies used for the design and development of learning programs
  • Expertise in developing content for role-based training and curriculum and program development
  • Strong desire and ability to work as a consultative partner with business leaders
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training
  • Demonstrates project management and organizational skills as well as strong business acumen
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Copilot is a plus
  • Strong team focus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred #LI-Remote #LI-RC1

The Compensation range for this role is 89,245.80 - 178,491.60 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
