About the Role
As a People Success Generalist , you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by supporting employees and managers across the organization. Your focus will be on HR operations, employee relations, and process improvement, ensuring that people programs are efficient, employee-centric, and aligned with our company culture. You will work closely with HR leadership, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to build a supportive, high-performing workplace.
What You’ll DoEmployee Relations & Support
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Manage employee relations issues with empathy and problem-solving, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Conduct and lead investigations on workplace concerns, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, terminations, accommodations, and complex leave scenarios.
- Foster trust and engagement by delivering high-quality HR support and proactive communication.
HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance tracking.
- Work with HR leadership to streamline and enhance HR processes, documentation, and internal communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits evaluations, and HR-related administrative tasks in partnership with Finance.
- Provide training and resources for managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Talent & Onboarding teams to create a seamless new-hire experience.
- Work with People Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of HR policies and compliance initiatives.
- Support key HR programs, including performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between global and local HR teams, ensuring employees and managers understand and adhere to relevant HR policies.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Champion our mission, values, and culture by driving values-based solutions.
- Assist in planning company events, offsites, and culture-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on HR trends, compliance updates, and best practices to continually enhance the employee experience.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or people support roles.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and time zones.
- Experience managing HR systems, data analytics, and process automation.
- Prior experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Base salary range:
$110,000—$130,000 USD
