About The Role:

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee the daily general office operations and administration, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and efficient work environment across multiple office locations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of office events and social gatherings to foster team cohesion and employee engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ongoing services for office maintenance and supplies ordering.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all general employee inquiries, providing quick responses, ensuring accurate guidance, and routing questions to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Take ownership of all required state and federal office employment postings and ensure continuous compliance.
  • Lead the onboarding process by facilitating new hire paperwork, providing applicable resources and information, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage employee data entry, employee records, and maintenance, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Run ad hoc reports and compile organizational metrics as needed.
  • Manage verification of employment, unemployment, and garnishment requests.
  • Provide support for benefits administration by serving as the point of contact for general benefits questions, enrollments and cancellations.
  • Assist with immigration reporting and tracking activities.


Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, office management, or similar role within a start-up or growth stage environment.
  • Must have experience with general HR processes such as benefits administration, HRIS data management, and immigration tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing company social events.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other HR-related software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong passion for people and driving a positive employee work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • This role requires the ability to be in the Seattle office 5 days per week.


Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in implementing and managing employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Experience implementing and managing systems and solutions.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Knowledge of belonging and inclusion practices and initiatives.
  • Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR).

As part of that, we are committed to doing our part in addressing pay gaps and discrepancies by providing pay transparency for all of our roles. Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position located in Seattle is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short-and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards. In addition we provide a robust benefits and perks package that includes:
