We are seeking an experienced Payments Program Manager with a strong understanding of the payments landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing various payment types and processors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize payment operations, including debit processing, ACH processing, and wallet transactions.
  • Manage relationships with multiple payment processors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the customer payment experience.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in payment processing, specifically with debit, ACH, and wallet platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with multiple payment processors.
  • Strong understanding of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex payment-related challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies.


Compensation:
The base compensation range for this role is 130-145k.  The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the US. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicants’ specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. The base salary range listed excludes commission/ bonus/ equity or benefits.
