What is the role?
We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
You will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing campaigns with creators and B2B partners to drive full-funnel results, managing relationships, procurement, contracting, and affiliate platforms for partner activations, and representing Teachable at industry events as a spokesperson for the company. This role will collaborate with teams including Marketing, Product, and external partners to increase partner-driven revenue and lead generation while driving measurable campaign performance.
The Partnerships Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Business Development Manager.
This position is hybrid to our NYC office. Local employees tend to use our NYC office 1-2 times a week.
In this role you'll:

  • Lead Campaign Execution: Collaborate with creators and B2B partners to design, project manage, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive full-funnel results, from brand awareness to conversions.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Oversee relationships with key partners, including procurement, contracting, and managing affiliate platform, payouts, and reporting.
  • Represent Teachable at Events: Serve as a spokesperson at industry conferences and events, representing Teachable's mission and building relationships within the creator economy.
  • Strategize and Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and external partners, to align campaign goals with broader company objectives.
  • Optimize Processes: Develop and refine workflows for partner activations to ensure seamless execution, scalability, and measurable results.
  • Measure and Report: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.


What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field, ideally within SaaS or the creator economy.
  • Proven track record of executing successful partner marketing campaigns that drive revenue and lead generation.
  • Experience managing affiliate programs, including platforms, payouts, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic approach to marketing challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation capabilities.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as affiliate platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).


Nice to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and experience with A/B testing tools.

At Teachable, we are committed to providing fair and competitive pay (using market data to inform our pay bands), rewarding high performance, and ensuring all employees have the opportunity and ability to impact Teachable's overall company value. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically following performance review cycles currently conducted bi-annually or in conjunction with a promotion.

  • This role is only open to candidates who are available to commute to the NY metro area
  • This role will require local and nation-wide travel to industry events
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • For this role, the cash compensation package potential is $100,000 - $115,000. A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
