Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing to lead and expand our brand partnerships and influencer marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through effective collaborations with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, the influencer landscape, and partnership management, with the ability to deliver innovative campaigns that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team in the creation and execution of partnership strategies aligned with brand objectives, working across industries (sports, entertainment, events, etc.) to identify and secure high-impact partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring successful collaborations, seamless execution, and positive brand associations
  • Oversee negotiations and the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership campaigns, providing detailed insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Identify and onboard influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with brand values and can drive meaningful engagement with target audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns that leverage influencer content for maximum impact, including product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and special promotions
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and agencies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued collaboration
  • Work with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, including engagement metrics, ROI, and overall impact on brand objectives
  • Collaborate closely with social media, creative, and PR teams to ensure that partnership and influencer marketing initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader marketing campaigns
  • Manage partnership and influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and ROI optimization
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving landscape of influencer marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine our own approach to influencer partnerships and collaborations


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or agency


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful influencer campaigns, partnership negotiations, and strategic collaborations
  • Experience negotiating contracts and securing partnerships with various stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and brands
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a creative approach to campaign development and execution
  • Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Influencity, or similar)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management and partnership activation processes
  • Experience with brand partnerships in a specific industry (e.g., lifestyle, tech, fashion, sports, etc.)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
