About the Role

Abnormal Security is looking for a Partner Marketing Program Specialist to join the Field & Channel Marketing team. The Field & Channel Marketing team plans and executes dozens of regional events, activities and campaigns with partners each quarter. This role will support our global network of channel and alliance partners to grow channel and channel-marketing sourced business. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn all things channel marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do 

  • Work with field, channel marketing and channel sales peers to help design campaigns for partners to drive new pipeline globally
  • Oversee the operations of Abnormal Security’s partner portal including suggesting new content, maintenance and user experience, as well as troubleshooting portal issues
  • Execute quarterly enablement webinar, newsletter and ad-hoc communications to partners
  • Assist in creation and execution of global campaigns to/through partners
  • Manage Through-Channel Marketing Automation platform, including suggesting new campaigns for partners to send to their customers 
  • Coordinate payment processing of SPIFFs and Incentives monthly
  • Partner closely with our alliances team and our alliance partners, including Microsoft and CrowdStrike, to drive demand generation activity
  • Interface with content and product marketing teams to identify key assets to share with partners
  • Support Field & Channel Marketing team with event logistics and assist with national (partner) programs and events, as needed
  • Organize shared channel marketing drive to ensure documents are easily accessible
  • Support global  channel programs including partner sales kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, partner summits and new program launches
  • Become a Salesforce reporting wizard to help pull valuable data to support our channel sales team
  • Ensure partner enablement materials (trainings, content, resources) are up to date

Must Haves 

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, energetic, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively
  • An eagerness to learn the ins and outs of channel/partner marketing
  • Willingness to assist the Field and Channel Marketing team with various ad-hoc projects

Nice to Have 

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related field
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Impartner and Marketo desirable
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-tech start-up

Base salary range:

$76,500$90,000 USD
